We have been serving the Oregon wine country in one form or another since 2001. We began catering and culinary classes in 2004.  In 2006 we started catering with the first mobile wood fired oven in the Willamette Valley. We love the area for Its local bounty and proximity to the Pacific Ocean’s vast selection of fish. We had always wanted a little spot to showcase the areas food and wine. In 2016 we began the search for and found our 1915 craftsman building and began the process of renovating it. Opening in 2020 with our signature wood fired oven and hospitality, Forage was born.
